Pumpkin Painting

Grandma Leslie joined us for some messy fun, pumpkin painting.

 There was paint, glue and lots of glitter.

PUMPKIN painting was going great and then well of course this was the obvious next step:

Grand Rapids Kids Marathon

We had so much fun watching the girls run their first race with some of our favorite people.

Such a fun  (and chilly) afternoon and it is always great to watch the girls accomplish something that makes them feel strong! 

There were lots of mascots to meet.

Any chance we get to do something with these ladies it is a great time!

 The girls each received a t-shirt and finisher "medal"
